Vector cutting

Different from dot matrix engraving, vector cutting is carried out on the outer contour line of graphics. We usually use this mode to cut through wood, yak grain, paper and other materials, and we can also mark on the surface of various materials. Engraving speed

Engraving speed refers to the moving speed of laser head, usually expressed in IPS (inch / second). High speed brings high production efficiency. Speed is also used to control the depth of cutting. For a specific laser intensity, the slower the speed, the greater the depth of cutting or carving. You can use the engraving machine panel to adjust the speed, you can also use the computer's print driver to adjust. In the range of 1% to 100%, the adjustment is 1%. Engraving intensity refers to the intensity of the laser beam on the surface of the material. For a specific carving speed, the greater the intensity, the greater the depth of cutting or carving. You can use the engraving machine panel to adjust the intensity, you can also use the computer's print driver to adjust. In the range of 1% to 100%, the adjustment is 1%. The greater the strength, the greater the speed. The deeper the cut is.

The size of light spot can be adjusted by different focal length lens. The lens with small spot is used for high resolution engraving. Large spot lens is used for low resolution engraving, but it is the best choice for vector cutting. The standard configuration of the new device is a 2.0-inch lens.
