1、 Laser head of laser engraving machine does not emit light

1. Press the test key on the operation panel to observe the status of the ammeter: ① no current: check whether the laser power is connected, whether the high voltage wire is loose or off, and whether the signal wire is loose; ② Current: check whether the lens is broken and whether the light path is seriously deviated;

2. Check whether the water circulation system is normal: ① no water: check whether the water pump is damaged or not powered on; ② Water supply: check whether the water inlet and outlet are connected reversely or the water pipe is broken;

3. Can spot, can self check, send data does not light up (check whether the computer settings are correct).

2、 Laser engraving machine engraving depth or not deep

1. Check whether the water flow in the water circulation system is smooth (the water pipe is bent or broken);

2. Check whether the focal length is normal (recalibrate);

3. Check whether the light path is normal (recalibrate);

4. Check whether the paper on the plate is too thick, whether the amount of water is too much (re correct);

5. Check whether the crossbeam is parallel (adjust the belts on both sides)

6. Check whether the lens is broken (replacement);

7. Check whether the lens or laser tube emitting end is polluted (re clean);

8. Check whether the water temperature is higher than 30 ℃ (replace the circulating water);

9. Check whether the laser head or focus lens is loose (tightened);

10. The intensity of laser current should reach 8 ma;

11. Laser tube aging.

3、 Abnormal reset of laser engraving machine

1. Check the sensor for dust, poor contact or damage (wipe the dust on the sensor or replace it);

2. Check whether the data line of flexible guide belt is in poor contact or damaged (trim the data line, re insert or replace the data line);

3. Check whether the ground wire contact is reliable or whether the high-voltage wire is damaged (re grounding or replacing the high-voltage wire);

4. Poor contact of motor wire.

4、 Laser engraving machine

1. Incorrect initialization, data sent (correction);

2. The operation sequence is reversed (re output);

3. Electrostatic interference (check whether the ground wire falls off).

1. Check whether the software parameter setting is normal (reset);

2. Whether the engraving machine starts according to the positioning first and then outputs (outputs again);

3. Check whether the machine has not been reset in advance (correct again);

1. Check whether the calculation method of setting path is correct;

1. Gradually reduce the font size (re install the operating system);

2. The amount of data is too large to calculate the laser path (waiting for a period of time or increasing the computer memory);

3. Calculation path did not respond for a long time, restart the computer test.
